Bro's journey began in the 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞, 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡.

 

Born into a family with 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞, he walked 𝟏𝟎+ 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐲 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥. After school, he helped take care of the 𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞. There was no career guidance, no mentor and no roadmap.

 

𝐇𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 - 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬, 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬, 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

 

From those humble beginnings, Bro went on to build 𝟐𝟕 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, eventually becoming a 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐥. He has worked with 𝟒,𝟎𝟎𝟎+ 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏,𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎+ 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬, and trained at 𝐈𝐈𝐌 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝, 𝐈𝐒𝐁 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 (𝐂𝐂𝐋).

For the past 𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, 𝐁𝐫𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, helping people unlock their potential, overcome career challenges and move confidently toward their next level. As a TEDx Speaker, he shares his experiences and insights to inspire people to believe that their circumstances do not have to define their future.
